Welcome to Dark AI Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dark AI Studio mobile application.
By using the Dark AI Studio app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

- Credits and subscriptionsBought through Apple. Subscriptions renew until you cancel.
- Your portraits are yoursWe claim no ownership over your photos or the portraits made from them.
1Description of the Service
Dark AI Studio is a mobile application that generates AI-based portraits from photos you select on your device. Generation is performed on our servers and through third-party AI providers, and the resulting images are delivered back to your device.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Dark AI Studio. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3User Responsibilities
By using Dark AI Studio, you agree that:
- You will only upload or use photos that you have the right to use.
- You will not upload photos of other people without their consent.
- You will not use the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- You will not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the application or its servers.
You are fully responsible for the content you upload or generate using the app.
4User Content & Generated Images
Photos you select remain yours. Dark AI Studio does not claim ownership over your photos or the images generated from them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any images you upload. Generated portraits are provided for your personal use.
5Subscriptions, Credits & Payments
- Dark AI Studio offers credits and auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s terms.
- Credits are tied to your device, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
6Prohibited Uses
You may not use Dark AI Studio to generate or distribute content that:
- Violates laws or regulations
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Harasses, abuses, or harms others
- Contains illegal, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful material
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the app if misuse is detected.
7Intellectual Property
The Dark AI Studio application, including its design, software, and functionality, is owned by Dark AI Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the application without permission.
8Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but Dark AI Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The app may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. We also do not guarantee that generated content will meet your expectations.
9Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Dark AI Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark AI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the application.
10Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated date will be reflected at the top of this document. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
