These terms apply to the Faithboard app for iPhone, made by Serkan Sayhan, an individual developer in Türkiye (“we”, “us”).

1These terms and Apple's
These terms add to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”), which also applies. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the Apple EULA allows. By using Faithboard you agree to both. Apple is not responsible for Faithboard or these terms.
2What Faithboard is
Faithboard is a devotional tool. It pairs what you are praying for with promises from Scripture, writes or provides a declaration and a prayer, and helps you speak them every day, keep a journal and remember answered prayers.
3Not a promise of outcomes
Faithboard does not promise that any prayer will be answered in a particular way or at a particular time. Declarations express trust in God’s character and promises; they are not guarantees of results. Every prayer in Faithboard ends in surrender to God’s will.
Faithboard is not medical, psychological, financial, legal or pastoral advice. For those needs, please talk to a qualified professional or your church. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services now (in the US, call or text 988).
4AI-written content
If you allow it, declarations and prayers are written for you by an AI model, and Prayer Audio is read by an AI voice (see the Privacy Policy). AI can be wrong, awkward or unsuitable; read what it writes with discernment, and edit, discard or report it freely. Bible verses are never written by AI: they come from public-domain translations bundled in the app (World English Bible and King James Version in English, Bíblia Portuguesa Mundial in Portuguese, La Biblia en Español Sencillo in Spanish).
5Faithboard Plus subscription
Faithboard is free to download and use. Faithboard Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks more than one prayer at a time, Prayer Audio, grace days for your streak, saving and sharing promise videos, and wallpapers without a watermark. It is offered as:
- Faithboard Plus Yearly: renews every year. It may start with a free trial, and some customers may be offered a discounted first year.
- Faithboard Plus Weekly: renews every week.
The price, the length and any trial or introductory offer are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. We remind you before a trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length, and your account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or from Settings → Manage subscription in the app. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue them. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
- Already subscribed on another device with the same Apple Account? Tap Restore on the Plus screen.
6Fair use of AI features
AI features have reasonable limits per plan to keep the service sustainable. They may be temporarily unavailable; when they are, Faithboard uses ready-made declarations instead.
7Your content and acceptable use
What you write in Faithboard is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for it. Please do not use Faithboard to ask for content that harms, threatens or demeans anyone, is sexual or illegal, or tries to control another person; such requests are declined.
Because your content is stored only on your device, it is lost if you delete the app or lose the device without a backup. We cannot restore it. Settings → Export my data lets you keep a copy.
8Ownership
The app, its design and its curated declarations and prayers belong to us. Scripture texts used are in the public domain. Photographs in the app are public-domain (CC0) images. You may share the cards, wallpapers and videos you create for personal, non-commercial use.
9Availability and changes
We may update, change or stop parts of Faithboard. We will try to give notice of changes that affect paid features.
10Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Faithboard is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or decisions made based on the app’s content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Faithboard in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and may bring a claim in your local courts.
12Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the effective date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Faithboard after a change means you accept it.
