First, the thing behind most answers: Faithboard keeps your prayers, journal and board on your iPhone, with no account. That is why your words stay private, and also why we cannot look anything up or restore it for you.

1Reminders are not arriving
In the app, open Settings → Daily reminder and check that Remind me to declare is on and the time is right. If iOS notifications are off for Faithboard, the app shows a button to open iOS Settings. Focus modes can also hold reminders back.
2Adding the widget
Settings → Widget → Add the widget walks you through it. On the Home Screen, touch and hold an empty spot, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Faithboard. On the Lock Screen, touch and hold it, tap Customize, then add the widget below the clock.
The widget shows a promise from Scripture and your streak, never what you are praying for.
3My declaration was not personalized
Personal declarations are written by AI only if you allowed it. Check Settings → Privacy → Personalize with AI. When AI is off, or briefly unavailable, Faithboard uses carefully written ready-made declarations instead.
4Adding another prayer
The free plan holds one prayer at a time. Mark a prayer answered to make room, or get Faithboard Plus for as many as you need.
5Subscriptions
To cancel or change Faithboard Plus, open your iPhone’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or tap Manage subscription in Faithboard’s Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
To restore a purchase on a new iPhone, tap Restore purchases in Settings, or Restore on the Faithboard Plus screen. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
6Moving to a new iPhone
Your Faithboard data moves with an iCloud or computer backup of your iPhone, like other app data. There is no separate sync. Settings → Export my data also gives you a file with your prayers, journal, board and settings to keep.
7Erasing everything
Settings → Delete all data removes your prayers, declarations, journal, streaks, board and saved audio from this iPhone. It cannot be undone.
